Ea fc 24 ultimate download restarts itself and return 0% after reach 100 %

It might be because  you didn't turn off your antivirus when you started the ea app. Try that and see if the problem is solved. For me bitdefender for some reason it breaks the ea app completely and i usually get these kind of issues, but if you close ea app completely , turn off your antivirus , restart ea app , clear cache, restart the app again and reload the page. Then it might work for you eventually.
