Here is the message shown when I try to reset my draft, I dont want another token, only my draft to be reset so I can play it

@Haguigscreed Instead of choosing replacement token option, try to connect with Live EA help chat using another option. Explain EA help representative your situation and request them to reset your draft.

I just contacted the EA support and they said to me that my case will be forwarded to the development team, and they will update me in the "near future" abt my issue, how much time do you reckon I'll have to wait ?

Nope, the back and fourth with the support agent ended with him telling me that my case was forwarded and put in a queue, I guess my issue needs more than just a simple draft reset, idk whats going on, they hardly explain anything.
