When I play a game of division rivals, after it’s finished it kicks me out of ultimate team and when I load up ultimate team it says I disconnected from my last match and my DNF modifier goes up. And the match doesn’t count towards anything like objectives or rivals wins.
I got a soft ban because I was doing the bronze and silver mastery with my friend.Is there a way to fix this?

I had the exact same problem for a couple of hours and tried many different things but the thing that fixed it (i think) was going into to a different game mode for abit. I went into pro clubs so you can try that hopefully it works
So I have been playing lots of games, given I have had a few weeks off work. For you to give the reasoning that we get soft banned for playing too many games too quickly is inexcusable. What will you be doing to rectify this? 3 times this last week I’ve not been able to play the game for more than 2/3 hours because after playing for a period of time, the servers lose communication at the end of every game. This game has only officially been out for two days. This is poor service. Will there be any sort of compensation? Because there damn well should be. I’ve actually been enjoying this new incarnation of the game, but stuff like this boils my blood and makes me question why I even give you a penny of my hard earned money.
