When I play a game of division rivals, after it’s finished it kicks me out of ultimate team and when I load up ultimate team it says I disconnected from my last match and my DNF modifier goes up. And the match doesn’t count towards anything like objectives or rivals wins.

I have reinstalled the game and leave it for like 10 hours and it shows up the same message. When is the softban supposed to leave ??

I played a lot of games in a short amount of time and I guess I am soft banned now. Us players who got the game a week before the regular drop need to be compensated. How long does a soft ban last?
Also, the evo lounge objectives can't be done with a friend, but the bronze and silver mastery can be? I dont see how that makes any sense.

I just played 2nd match of the day. did one about 5 hours ago and one just now. should have gotten 2 wins in rivals but instead i got nothing from it cuz of this glitch. gimme my 2 progress back man, games a joke
I got disconnected at the end of a game last night with this issue, and now 13 hours later I am still having this issue. Do you have any resolutions or can I get my money back? I’ve bought a game that I cannot play.
How is that a resolution from you?. Why would someone get soft banned for playing the game too much? Surely I have bought the game so I can play the game as much as I want to? I’ve not been able to play now for 13 hours. And the big problem is, I only get kicked at the END of the game. I have to play through a whole game just to check if the issue is still there. I’d rather it just not connect at all so I don’t have to waste my time and effort for 0 reward. Why is this STILL an issue with EA? Why is this company like this? Why don’t you want your fan base to be happy? Another year of misery with EA sports but there’s no other football game so we have to deal with this rubbish.
