Ea FC 24 When Playing Online there is huge delay when i press the controller

I bought this game via EPIC games. They are not giving me refund cause they have a 2 hours game time policy which states that we can play the game only for 2 hours to be eligible for return. It took me more than 2 hours two hours to realize that the gameplay is and everything is not slow because naturally but for input lag.
