¡¡¡¡SOLUCION!!!(Al menos para mi y otro usuario)
Me paso lo mismo, resulta que había puesto los hz en 144 para usarlos en mi monitor y los fps ilimitados. Cuando lo hice comencé a notar input lag/delay. Pensé que era el juego, pasaron dos días y seguía igual, asi que configure los hz como estaban antes a 120 y los fps a 90 y dejo de haber ese input lag. Lo comente en un foro y un usuario pudo solucionar el problema haciendo lo mismo que le dije. Prueba eso y avisa si te funciono! (Lo que si noto es input lag en los corners o cuando se tiene que mover la trayectoria del balon)

The same thing happened to me, it turns out that I had put the hz at 144 to use them on my monitor and the unlimited fps. When I did, I started noticing input lag/delay. I thought it was the game, two days went by and it was still the same, so I set the hz as they were before to 120 and the FPS at 90 and there is no longer that input lag. I commented on a forum and a user was able to solve the problem by doing the same thing I said. Try that and let me know if it works for you! (What I do notice is input lag in the corners or when you have to move the trajectory of the ball)
