Ea FC 24 When Playing Online there is huge delay when i press the controller

I did the connection quality report and everything seems great quality except for the packet loss percentage, which seems to be the issue of why I can't get through a single match in any online mode. I was wondering what affects this? How can it be fixed?

For offline games works fine... But online matchs are unplayable. I press anty button and the game respondes 1 sec later... Impossible to play.
