Community ManagerThat is a very poor connection. Most likely due to being wireless. Can you switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away?
Thats through a direct wired connection from the router using an ethernet chord. As I noted, the poor connection result appears to be due to the packet loss number, as the ping and jittery numbers seem to be graded as good.
Community ManagerThat's odd since your test shows wireless and has the kind of results I'd expect from a wireless connection. Can you get me a screenshot of the match history? It's on the left side of the CQR page.
Hello, I have the same problem as many people. Everything worked fine but since the update on PC, it no longer works. The game works perfectly offline but impossible to play online due to latency. I tried all the solutions I found but nothing worked. I paid 100 euros for a game that I can't play, and it's not my fault, it's frustrating. I also did your test and I have a good connection. EA fix this quickly please.
