Ea FC 24 When Playing Online there is huge delay when i press the controller

Like other players... The gameplay looks terrible, my players are running in slow motion,
I can't make quick moves because they work worse than the brown card, the gameplay was fine until 9/27..
from that day on the game runs much slower. When I look at the gameplay of streamers, the game runs much smoother on stream than on my computer
