Ea fc ps5 white screen every time I launch up the game

What happens when the bug occurs? Everytime I launch up the game it shows the fc 24 screen as usual but then it seems to just show a white screen after that and does not show anything
What should be happening instead? It should be on the game mode option like normal

As soon as i load up the game it shows the fc 24 logo as usual but then after it just shows a plain white screen and i cant see anything or play anything and im on ps5 on ps5 edition of the game
