EA FC24 DOUBLE INPUT / GHOST CONTROLLER

I have the Bug in EA FC24 where my Xbox One controller shows up as 2 controllers in the game. This results in double inputs when clicking and scrolling. I can´t play the game with that controller. It worked fine for the first 2 Weeks and then after a Windows update the problem occured. The weird thing is, that all the fixes I found on the internet don´t  work for me. Anything Steam related and even with programs like HidHide or x360ce does not fix the problem. I tried fixing it for several days now and nothing works. Does anybody have a solution thats not obvious?

The problem occurs wether I play wireless or wired. The Controller works fine in other games. The problem only occurs in EAFC24.
