2 years ago@Ronref99 There are a few ways to go about this one. Typically it indicates that the password is being reset for the wrong account.
Go to EA.com and try to log in first with your EA account and if that doesn't work, try the Switch account, and then you can reset the password. There is not a way to manually log in if the accounts are already connected.
