EA FC24 purchase not appearing

So i bought the game and activated the key on 30 of August i was able to pre load in the beginning of the week, i activated EA Play Pro membership today, and release date hour changed and it seems that the game is not in my account , like if the game wasn't bought it lets me click pre-order and buy it even thought when I activated the game everything appeared ok, and on my order history the game does not appear there.

What the hell is this??
