EA Javelin Anticheat blocks antivirus software driver

Hi What is the reason for blocking Dr.Web antivirus software by Javelin Anticheat ? This software cannot be used at the same time as the game. Make sure it is not running, or restart your PC. (104)...

Explain how an antivirus can interfere with a game. Here is a game without an antivirus, which is a security vulnerability.
