Hey! I had accidentally bought 24000 FUT 22 points thinking I was buying points for my EA FC 24, can I get this transferred over or get a refund so I can purchase the correct points. I bought this via my PSN APP

i redeemed a code on the ea app for fc points and when i redeemed them and go onto the game on my console they have not reached my account, is there usually a delay?

Hey @jackcfc1,

If you had to go to the EA app to redeem your code, then the points you got were for PC. Since there's no cross-progression in EAS FC 24, those points won't get reflected on your console.

It might be worth reaching out to the seller where you bought the points, as there isn't a way to transfer them from one platform to another unfortunately.

This is helpful on the other hand, PlayStation aren’t so helpful, Iv gone through automated services every day so far and all I get back is that the “ office is too busy at the moment”. I’m kinda at loose end.
