EA Server are unavailable right now

I've been on this forum all day with the same issue. 

What i have discovered is:

If you are from South Africa and your ISP you're using is Rain it will most likely not work. 

I use Rain and I have legit tried every step that EA have mentioned, almost everything and nothing has worked. 

I am down to a factory reset on my XBOX and reinstalling the game, which probably won't solve the issue.

No one has been able to help with anything else. This is currently all there is. Check the Servers in South Africa forum for all the conversations on this.

I am also experiencing the same issue with rain i can connect to any other games online except FC24 i spoke to rain all day but non of their settings work …. Its like EA servers legit reject Rain connection

how to solve this problem ?

I also visited the web site and checked the platform ps5 server status it was showing active and running .!!

I have a problem connecting to ea servers for two weeks now, this is the third week. I have contacted EAhelp on X & they dont respond I have been sending them messages everyday and today I contacted Instagram EAsports account no response. I have tried all the troubleshooting things they suggest I mean everything. I can only connect in the morning, from 10am it disconnects. The message I am getting is EA servers are unavailable right now yet other players are playing. First it was the ping that was too high for South Africs now its this server issue. Even though other SA players are able to play personally I am unable to play. Can someone please help me.

Hi I'm a university student and I'm playing FC24 on my laptop with UniHall (my dorm) ethernet plugged in (it's quite strong) but when I turned on FC24 the issue below (picture) popped up and my internet instantly disconnected. Please help I just wanna play the game. (Additionally, I have to activate my VPN for verification of my device before I can gain access to the internet, simply it will send me a notification on my phone to check out if that is me using or not)
