ea servers are not available at this time

hi i am trying to enter the game but i am taking 'ea servers are not available at this time' error. i did not take the error when i connected with wifi, but when i am trying to connect with ethernet cable, i am taking that error. what can i do for that, how can i fix this problem because already the ea servers quality is not good about ethernet, and when i am playing with wifi, my ping rate increase
