@RedDevils5690 I've been testing out some display settings for a while now and it's working for me . Maybe it'll work for you as well;
Under display configurations,
Resolution: Your Native Screen Resolution,
Display Mode: FullScreen
Refresh Rate: 144 Hz,
Frame Rate: 60 FPS,
Vertical Sync: Off,
Dynamic Resulotion: Off,
Cutscene Quality: Half Frame Rate,
Strand Based Hair: Off,
Rendering Quality: Low,
Grass Quality: Low,
Crowd Quality: Low.
For last I run the game as administrator and everything else stands as factory settings.
Note: Playing the game 60fps locked while I can literally run it on 200+ fps hurts my eyes and I hate it. But it worked for me for now. Give it a go.
