Community ManagerI play in both PS4 and PC. In PS4 the game only crashes when you try to change the view of a card using R for the first time. The advance button is not shown there and it just hangs there untill you restart the game.
In PC, it crashes a lot of time.
1. When you search for a player and finds a player. Stuck on next page where you select advance
2. When entering squad battles, crashes at advance page
3. Sometime the pack images won't load and going to store crashes the game.
The worst thing is the input lag and screen tear while playing Rivals online. I have high end PC and all other games work fine. Only EA FC 24 has this issue. I'm starting to get irritated of the gameplay now and I might quit soon if it's the same and EA won't fix anything.
I was having the issue described above and can also confirm it was fixed by changing from Windows 11 to Windows 10.
My issue was crash on game startup. Black game window would show for a few seconds and then the game would exit. Works fine on Windows 10.

same problem as mine, tried everything, contacted CS, literally exhausted all options given by them, nothing works.
wrestled with the issues for weeks, eventually I gave up. left with just a 'note' that the devs are working on it. prob will only be fixed when FC25 came out?
even that might be too hopeful.

downgrading from win 11 to 10 is not a solution for me, as it's claimed to be working on win 11
