EA SPORTS FC™ 24 Game crashing

My goalkeeper disappeared as well... hahahaha, such a joke. FC 2024 is one of the worst FIFA games. I have FIFA games from 1996 on many platforms, but the lack of realism in this one is horrible. 

I am not buying FC 2025 until they fix the way Ultimate Team works. It is impossible to enjoy the game if a rich person purchases a fast track of players, and you encounter a super team where all the players are rated 99 overall... it is impossible. 

I know the gaming industry is a business, but FC is just milking it. MONEY... MONEY... MONEY... this is the end for me. 

It is not an enjoyable game anymore.

What platform are you playing on? (e.g. PC, Xbox, PlayStation) - Playstation 5

- Platform ID - Not sure about this one. 
- Where exactly does the crash occur? - It occurs in champs and rivals mostly. It feels like suddenly the game becomes super dense and slow and it just crashes. I have a 1 gb connection with it being directly connected to my router. This is extremely frustrating since I get a loss for the game even though I'm winning.
- Can you provide any steps to reproduce the issue? - It's random. I can't predict when it will occur but I know it will happen since the FC logo is showing and loading. 
- If possible, please upload a video demonstrating the crash. - Will provide one when it happens again. 

It's been frustrating and this is one the main reasons I will not be buying FC anymore. The crappy gameplay is one thing but unable to compete in the games or even play is beyond frustrating. Why would I pay for something when I can't even play it. Please let me know what the fix is so I can at least peacefully play the remaining days of FC 24.

Happens all the time for me! Very frustrating. I largely play seasonal matches online and I am extremely lucky to finish a match without it happening, I have PS5 fwiw. Just now it happened right before I finished the game. Usually it happens early in the game within 15 minutes. Before you give me the usual questions, my internet works great and I do not have these issues elsewhere. I had FC23 and it happened extremely rarely. What is going on? 

Whilst playing eafc24 pro clubs, both me and my teammates are getting kicked out of games for issues on ea’s servers. Our WiFi is fine and working during the times we get kicked out and don’t experience this on any other game. Due to us getting kicked out it makes us forfeit the game and gives us a loss on our record losing out on certain rewards and placements. This also reduces our stats and when we place on leaderboards. It’s not fair when we are winning games and because someone lags out due to ea’s servers is gets recorded as a loss. Please can you sort this out as it’s annoying. 

hello, i can't play fc24.When i open the manager career it always crashes and then opens my harddisk on my computer it started after i play couple of hours i use windows 11 but i dont know what the problem is please help i'm sick of it

Good evening. I play EA FC mobile and I need help. When I play the last mission of chapter 5 of Roberto Carlos (Chronicle of Idols) the game starts normally, however, after the game ends, regardless of whether I won or lost, the game bugs out and says "no connection found", "connection error". Because of this, I can't rescue Roberto Carlos with overall 99. I would like to know how I can fix this bug.
