EA Sports FC 24 Menus Slow And Laggy

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, my friends had the same problem however theirs has stopped, mine has happened every single time i play the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? My game freezes and does not allow me to actually do anything, whilst music and SFX is still playing.
What should be happening instead? Smoother menus and game that does not freeze.

I am writing to you to discuss a bug in relates to EA Sports FC 24.

The console on which I have the game downloaded on is the oldest generation Xbox One, and my game is slow, and laggy both in the menus and during gameplay. I was wondering if there is any way of fixing this issue as this is not what I paid £99.99 for.

Also, during random points in the menu when im either building a squad or searching the transfer market, my game just seems to freeze and doesn’t allow me to use my controller at all which then concludes to a restart of the game. This bug is constant and happens 100% of the time when doing these things.

Help would be so greatly appreciated, as £99.99 is a lot of money for me so I would like to get the best out of the game. If need be, I could request a refund to get my money back and I will have to try find a different way of playing the game.
