After 10 minutes of playing my Xbox will just shut down without warning, Every other game is fine. I know this is an known issue for other people after looking into it but I don’t see any solutions to this. Unplayable and paid extra for early access.
Same here, since playing ea fc 24 my xbox series x has shut down 6 times. Most recently during a game of co-op rivals, but has shut down playing clubs or even just sitting on the menu. Not an over heating issue as the xbox has clear space on all sides. The xbox will shut off completely without a warning. Please sort or offer solutions as this game will become unplayable for me when doing champs etc in the future as a fear of a disconnect during a game which could be crucial to earn certain rewards. My xbox has never shut off before when playing any other game
I have had this problem too, crashes and turns my series x off in the menus and matches yet this doesn’t and has never happened on any other game
Update from my end...
Reset the xbox to factory settings to see if this will help it.

I tried that too and it didn’t solve the issue hoping this gets fixed in the first patch
I’ve tried factory reset, break power circuit etc also and still nothing.
I don’t see a fix to this until EA address it themselves, don’t have a lot of hope though. Absolute waste of time and money. Can’t even complain to anyone directly at EA they direct you to this forum to get help from the community, not good enough. Surely should be compensated for this.
I can even play the Xbox one version of the game without an issue, just the series X version that’s the issue.
Yep absolute joke £90 I’ve paid for a game I couldn’t even play at all let alone the early access, if it isn’t fixed on the first update I’ll be requesting a refund
Yeah I have this issue for a very long time. I had this issue with fifa 23 and also battlefield 2042 which makes me believe it’s an issue with EA games in general. Just seems like typical EA not fixing their game as per usual. What a waste of 90 pounds. Let me know if anyone finds a fix
Does exactly the same for me! Done it about 10x already!! Even turns of xbox completley or just closes the game down. Still freezes mid game too which is just as annoying!! Ridiculous its still happening after having similar issues last year!!
