Ea Web App not working for me

im from kosovo and ive been having trouble logging in the ea companian web app for almost 2 months now it keeps saying "login unavialable problems with ea servers" my brother had the same issue for the web app where he couldnt  use it but when he went on vacation and tried it had worked for him ive tried vpns and they havent worked ive contacted ea and that didnt help i can use the companioan app but not the web app
