EAFC 24 : I can't write the name of the player and coach career mode characters

I'm having problems creating a character (coach and player) because I can't write the name I want to give to the characters, only some letters can be written, others are blocked, I've already reinsta...

hey, i dont know if you are still facing this problem but for me the solution was changing the language inside the game. I just set it to english and it works well now
