I am sorry to read you're still experiencing crashing issues during the negotiation cutscenes. Follow the steps below and let us know if they mitigate or completely fix the issue.
- Remove the game from your console.
- Restart your Nintendo Switch.
- Install FC 24 again.
- When the installation is complete, try to start a brand new Career mode.
- Try to purchase a new player.
If the steps above don't help, it would be helpful to have a clip video or screenshots regarding this issue so that our Team can investigate further.
