EAFC 24: The game won't launch

Hello! I bought the game on Friday, then installed and wanted to play on Saturday. I started the game, it launched, Anticheat Windows then appears the problem. I got the game's window with FC 24 name on the top of the window, then the subtitle is gone, black screen and shut down. I can't play the game what I bought. I HAVE tried the following:

- repair the game

-reinstall ea app and game

-updated Windows and all of my drivers

-checked the minimum requirenments

None of them worked.

Should I wait for an update or a fix? Or Should I try to get a refund? Thanks the answers. HAVE a nice day.
