Genuinely what is wrong with your game. Im sitting here at 11 pm on a weekday trying to get my div rivals upgraded reward wins and you guys wont even let me play the game. It took me 40 mins to even get into the game and connect to the servers, and then i score in 4 DIFFERENT GAMES, AND YOU DISCONNECT ME AND SAY IM THE ONE WHO LOST CONNECTION. My wifi and connection is perfectly fine on every single other game, I RESET MY ROUTER AND TESTED MY WIFI, yet I’m still disconnecting every time because you guys can’t seem to get anything right with something THAT YOU OWN AND CREATED.

Or just maybe you guys could fix your servers???? Like my connection, as i said in the PRIOR POST ALREADY, is perfectly fine, no issue. EAFC is the ONLY GAME where there is an issue at all.

Most of us will understand that using a wired connection between router and console / PC will give a better online experience; however, the reality, I would suggest for the majority of users, is that a wired connection is not practical or possible. This regular connection error really needs to be properly addressed and communicated with customers.

Hey @SyKuraaa I would suggest using a wired connection if you can. The benefit of this is a slightly faster speed, but mostly it is far more stable than a WiFi connection. In my opinion, this is the most effective way of improving connectivity if you are experiencing similar issues.

The same has been happening with me for the past 6-7 months. I start the game with my wifi on( which is very strong) but either the game does not start and I lose the game or if the game starts it lags lags and lags a lot. Then shows my network is not ok. How is that even possible. I have written several emails but none of them have been acknowledged.

We are using good wifi connections and even after that this happens. Either the game disconnects and doesn't even start and I lose the match or if the game starts it only lags. Please please please please please look into it this is literally the 13th time I am complaining about this.

It’s likely the wifi. Maybe try improving the signal in your house if you can’t go wired. I would say 95 percent of people who dc are on wifi it’s probably not a coincidence.

I could play over wi-fi and a wired connection. A lot of settings have been set up. In Windows, the router. I didn't notice any difference in the response in the game. It's a constant swamp during the game. The game is slowing down. I even made the screen resolution 1280x720. But even this does not bring results. I have no packet loss. The ping can be 16ms. But I see the opponent playing on the wings and my players with weights on their feet.

@Furminator Are you getting dced or just experiencing connection issues during gameplay?

As far as dcing goes you can almost guess people are on wifi before they say it. Almost every thread saying they are getting constant dcs they are on wifi.

Looking at the posts it’s safe to say it’s more likely wifi than a server issue or people on wired would be experiencing it at the same rate.
