EAFC24 PS5 UT Sluggish Gameplay

Ever Since ‘22 I’ve been having the same freaking issue. Ultimate Team and online game play is super sluggish. Defending is not possible anymore. Huge input delay. Game setting reset every freaking time. 

Before the * community managers suggest anything about Connection Score and ISP issues, i’ll post the scores. I’m on PS5 with a wired ethernet connection with a 1Gig plan from AT&T.

Any suggestions from other gamers? 
Changing game settings?
