Early Web and Mobile Access has expired

I get this message "early web and mobile access has expired" I've tried different methods to try and resolve this issue. Logged onto my ps5 and then logged off several times. Installed/Uninstalled the game, tried different web browsers and finally uninstall/install the web app from my phone and none of that worked. Please help!!

Hey @SavePo1nt

This error usually happens for players playing and completing the Trial version of the game.

Was your game installed as a free Trial with the EA Play subscription on your console?

yes it was. Is there a way to fix it?

I logged in and still get the same message when I try to open the webapp. Any solutions?

still didnt get help to figure this issue out? i got it too
trying to find some way to fix it now, im trying to reinstall the game maybe that works
any admins here that can maybe help us?

@EA_Pulsar Trial version of fifa 24??? I have the full version which came with PlayStation. But getting this error and can’t solve this ??

I have bought the full game of fc 24 and i am trying to log onto fc companion but it says "Early Web and Mobile Access expired." I have logged in on my ps5 i have and ea account and it still wont log in. Can any admin help?

@SavePo1nt I also have this issue however I purchased the game VIA Xbox gamepass and it still will not let me use the companion app
