Elastico Bug in Clubs Mode

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happens accidentally when I try to do a Marseille spin or ball roll skill moves.
What happens when the bug occurs? I did elastico with 4 skill points but we cant do elastico without 5 skill points.
What should be happening instead? I shouldn't be able to do a move with 4 skill points that should be done with 5 skill points.
There is a bug in making elastico with 4 skill moves in Clubs mode. I play in the VPG league. This situation causes people to look at me as a cheat. There are others having this problem.
