I bought the Thunderstruck Elite pack with 3 guaranteed 87+ players and only received one 87. Tried to sort it with live chat and they said they can't help and I have to hope it affects enough players for EA to do something about it. These packs are bugged!

    Where do you access the live chat ? Pls help, I’ve been trying to find out a way to reach out to them since yesterday.

      I literally just bought the same pack and only had 50 items and 1 88 rated
