    Hey @Abdalrhman033  Please contact our Terms of Service team so we can review the ban. If you already submitted your case just wait for a response.

    The team will try to reply back to your email as soon as possible, but the response time can take from a couple of hours to even a couple of days.

    Follow these steps to fill out the webform and reach them: Get information about your EA Account lock, ban, or suspension

Yo tengo el mismo problema, no comprendo porque han baneado mi cuenta. Solo compre dos juegos desde steam y de pronto tengo un BAN activo por parte del equipo de EA, sin razon alguna. Es injusto.

Hola, perdona amigo te selucionaron el problema? En mi caso me la acaban de bloquear, pero no se cual es el motivo por el cual me la bloqueron si no soy tan recurrente, solo juego devez en cuando y cuando juego, juego solo la mayoria de veces, y no entiendo por que me banearon sin razon alguna
