Error in Champions. DOESN'T COUNT MY WINS

I won a game of fut champs, when i Tried to exit the game i got kicked out of ultimate team and when i went back in i got the loss

I just finsihed a UT Champs match and won 2-0.

I am yet to get the Match Facts page after the game. 

It said my opponent left the game but it was well after full-time and now it is stuck on that end of game tunnel scene. 

I got the win and this happened? I haven't left the game yet, still in the match. Been like this for 5 minutes

It has been solved. 

I left the game and it still gave me the win.
