I won a game of fut champs, when i Tried to exit the game i got kicked out of ultimate team and when i went back in i got the loss

I was kicked out of 2 Champs games and counted as a lose. Not fair. Also couldint complete the daily play objective.
DNF after opponents quit in champions this afternoon while I was in advantage. I lost the game. Happened 3 times in a row.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? idk Whenever I log in to FUT Champions the screen goes black and I can't play
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs the screen goes black and continues to load, but after some time (between 2-5 min) it always says that the opponent lost connection every time I join a FUT Champions match
What should be happening instead? Instead of the bug occurring, it should load and then join the match like in other game modes, but only in FUT Champion it doesn't enter

SO I WON THE GAME 1-0 IN CHAMPS .. THE GAME IS FINISHED AND WHEN THE REWARDED COINS AND POINTS WAS ABOUT TO HAPPEN I GET THE DISCONNECTED SCREEN AND DNF.. COUNTED AS A LOSE.. WTF YOU ARE WORKING ON EA? DROPPING PACKS EVERY WEEK BUT YOU CANNOT FIX YOUR GAME AFTER 1 YEAR? WE TOUGHT LAST YEAR WAS BAD.. BUT THIS YEAR IS THE WORSE EVER.. NO WONDER WHY FIFA LEFT YOU. i would like to ask a Win in WL, i had 10-2 after 12 games in the current WL and on the 13th game i was lead 5-0 at the 85th min, my opponent rage quit from the game, and the servers disconnected and i got a loose......... and when i entered again i saw my result is 10-3... pls help me to get my win back. Playstation 5 platform.
