Evolution Card Stuck on duplicate list

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Submitted Keeping Balance evolution Sean Longstaff into SBC. Unlocked TOTY unsung hero evolution with base Sean Longstaff. Could not find card, but then found on duplicate/unassigned list and cannot move it or open the store.
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to access the store. Any time a player pick or pack is attempted to be opened I am taken back to the root menu and connection with the EA servers is lost.
What should be happening instead? Card should be in the club as it is not a duplicate due to previous evolution being submitted into an SBC
Like so many others, I have submitted a previous evolution Card into an SBC, then the new version of the card has been moved to the duplicate/unassigned list even though it is not a duplicate.
Have missed all of TOTY and chances of packing a TOTY even though I had almost 200 packs saved to open. Have lost 75000 coins unlocking TOTY unsung heroes evolution that I am not even able to work on or complete. EA answer is that they're "working on it" and to give it some time. I've given it enough time that I missed most of TOTY and I'm still no further. Can't access the store. Can't swap the "duplicate". Can't even quick sell it to get rid of it.
If EA was being affected they'd sort it in an instant, yet because they're not affected only the players "they're working on it". It's a joke, and we won't get our coins or missed chances of packing TOTY or any sort of compensation back.
