Evolution-player missing from "My Evolutions" tap

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know
What happens when the bug occurs? I play a game but i am not able to do any progression with my Evolution player, Ansu Fati. He no longer shows up in "My Evolutions".
What should be happening instead? I should be able to progress and upgrade my Ansu Fati to his maximum evolution, but the progress-path is gone and he is stuck at 82 rating.
On October 11th 2023 in the evening i was going to play a game. When the game of rivals was done, i go to my evolutions tap, to see how far i was with the upgrade of Ansu Fati to 85 OVR. But now he is missing in the "My Evolutions" tap, and i just payed 1000 FC points the other day, to make this evolution.
I need help with getting my "Ansu Fati back", so i can progress and upgrade him again. I also saw, that the Evolutions-Logo hovering over the player in-game, is gone. Its like he is not a EVO-Player anymore, but he is still missing the last upgrade, which i can no longer complete. Hope you reach out to me soon.
