F1 24 Unable to save game settings and progress

Evry time I load up f1 24 I get this stuff telling me I cannot save so every time I boot up the game I have to confirm setting again and they reset every time, I am guessing that for some reason my game (installed from ea app) didn't create a save folder or a directory to it as well as config folder so I get a reset every time.
