failed to run FC24 because of EA anticheat

I played fc24 well until yesterday, but starting today, the EA AC installation fails and does not run. When reinstalling using C:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe the following error oc...

Try the relevant action below depending on your platform:

Steam: Verify files - https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB

EA app: Click Manage button and then Repair

Additional PC steps:

Download and install all available Windows Updates
Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
