Dear EA support,

I would like to understand the reason why my gameplay becomes extremely smooth after each Weekend League. For the second time, I start games during the early morning (1 am), and the result of the qualification is 10/0 and 9/1.

Later, I start a game in Division Rivals against an opponent with 45 ping, and the game is extremely fluid. My 20 million coins players perform like never before—they don't miss passes, they don't miss open-goal shots, double marking works, and the offside line execution works.

Therefore, I question why, given that I don't change anything in my connection to your servers, everything works normally once the Weekend League hype ends. I also mention that it's regrettable for a company of your size not to have properly dedicated data centers for a game where players invest not only their time but also hundreds and thousands of euros.

It is also regrettable and repugnant the attitude shown in the game support forums, always blaming users' internet services. Explain to me, and explain to this community, that you simply don't have the IT infrastructure to support this entire community.

How is it possible for a game with 44ms to be smooth during the early morning, and a game with 17/20ms not to be during the hype of the gameplay? I lose games against teams and players with significantly lower gameplay skills than mine.

I've been playing FIFA since '98, and due to the lack of transparency and resolution from your company, this is considered by many the worst game in the franchise. Your changelog in the game is absolutely ridiculous. As a developer, it's an outrage to the entire community to constantly receive information about problem resolutions that we don't see (like the completed objectives counter bug)!

Take responsibility as a company that provides services to customers, and above all, explain to me all these communication problems with your game servers when they should be functioning under better conditions.
