Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I had the forlan base hero card and I tried to put him into the evolution that makes him 91, I'm not sure what it is called. I tried to activate it, I had enough to get it, but when i hit A nothing happened.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can not activate the Evolution.
What should be happening instead? The activate button should work and give me the cards base evolution.
I would like this issue resolved or get compensation if it expires before resolved, because I bought credits to get the evolution, and right now it seems like I wasted my money.

Hey all,
We want to give some clarification on how to activate Evolution on Ultimate Team.
After the recent update, you need to Hold the Activation button to confirm your Evolution.
If you are holding the button and don't see any activation bar progressing, please share the following info so we can investigate further:
- Platform:
- Account: (Gamertag, Psn ID, EA ID, Etc.)
- What happens when you try to hold the Activation Button?
- Date & Time when the issue occurred: (please add your Time Zone)
- Screenshot/Clip Video.
It is not working on Switch. The progress bar fills and then nothing.
We are able to activate Evolutions through the Companion App though.

What happens when you try to hold down the activation button: It fills up to 100%, but nothing happens.
Date time: from Saturday(?), not been fixed. Tried 50 times again today. Timezone +1 Oslo.
As many others have noted below, holding down doesn't solve the issue on Nintendo Switch. I don't want to waste my credit used for this Evo with only 1 week left before it expires...
