Unable to connect to the servers

Hi!

I can't connect to the EA FC servers (both 24 and 25) on my Xbox One device. Last week it was perfectly fine, but know the issue appeared.

I tried the following things:

• Delete both local and cloud personal files
• Check the whole home network (other games works perfectly fine on my Xbox)
• Change DNS and port settings
• Reinstall the game
• Change Wifi and Cable connection
• Change to Cellular network
• Hard restarted my Xbox
• Check the link between my Xbox and EA account

Also I contacted with the support, but we can't find a solution with that (Case #239665517).

Are there any chance to fix this?
