Was having some issue but figured out I wasn’t holding down x long enough. Now I noticed it actually gradually slides along the “activate evolution” on screen as you keep holding down x. As you get the whole way across the screen it activates. Hope this helps.
@JNP9 U litterally made my day. bruh I feel stupid now when Ive used my time tapping my X button almost out of the controller, to find out its supposed to be hold down...
