FC 24 - unable to activate Evolution player

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:Xbox Series X
Please specify your platform model. Microsoft Xbox One X
What is your Gamertag/PSN ID/Switch ID?
Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Evolutions
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 01/30/2024
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 20:00
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I want to activate a new evolution player. I select the player and I click to Activate, but nothing's happens. I also tried with other players but the same result. This issue happens after the last FC 24 update. Any solution?
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing

    Has there been a fix to this problem. Still can't start evolutions for Future Stars.

    Hey, I've been stressing out because I can't seem to get Cristiano Ronaldo's evolution in the game. I've only evolved two players so far, Bernardo Silva and Athenea. Do you know if there's a problem with the store or if the CR7 evolution was only available for a short time? It's bugging me out a bit. Thanks for any info you can give!

    I cant evo my ake from 95 to 98 level 3 evo not working on ps4 it's not working at all can someone explain why it stop working

    I have the same problem with this evolution on toty evo star 1. It says that "this action can't be performed because this Evolution has expired " can someone from EA can help please ?
