It has been since like this fifa 15. They do not care about users. This is absolutely * bug and shame for the devs. 

Now in fc 25 I have custom control settings (I use Xbox controller). My settings are just reshuffling. So, in that settings my right stick click (R3) changed into D pad up button. It happens only for PC version. So, EA doesn't care about that. Either I am forced to play in classic settings or I can't use some of the controls like R3 click. Such a shame.
