Fc 24 companion keeps crashing when i tap on a player in my transfer list, this happened in fifa 23 companion app too and still this bug was not fixed, this is making the app unusable and unreliable, i have already stopped using the app a long due to this bug.
This is happening in both webapp and mobile app, pls fix this ASAP!!
i did not pay for this game to see same glitches over and over

it only works from a laptop for me ( haven’t tried android)
Me too. It’s getting worse. Had issues with fifa23 but this is miles worse

Extremely disappointing and super frustrating
Same issue for me. Using on iOS. I have reinstalled etc and same issue. Was similar with 23 companion app but even worse this year! So frustrating as trading one of the main areas of game for me

This has been a problem with the apps for a while but it’s worse than ever now. Nothing ever seems to be done about it. It’s definitely an issue with iOS and might be specific to iOS 16 - I seem to remember I first started seeing when I got an iPhone 13
Same here. It was the case even with ios15 and 17. I am on ios 17 now. Its unusable. If i click on a player (either through squads or club) it crashes.
Still facing the same issue. EA sucks man…
