fc 24 controller works only on 30 fps

• Make and model of controller: COUGAR PS3 Wired Controller
• Do you have other USB plugged in: Mouse and keyboard are plugged in
• Are you using Bluetooth or connected: connected Via USB
• If Bluetooth are you using your system or official controller dongle: N/A

As the normal issue that I can play all modes except online! once I start the match it never work except for 30 fps with full screen however it used to work normally before with no limit on fps but suddenly it became unresponsive.

Tried every single solution available and still not working.

Would you please help with that as the game is unplayable on 30 fps.
