FC 24 crash direct x

We need answers EA....When the * issue with DIRECT X will fixed ?!?! WHEN !?!?!

Without seeing your error message, the following usually helps:

Switch between DirectX 11 and 12
Reinstall or update your video drivers (don't install GeForce Experience if you are an NVIDIA user)

@EA_Barry when i talk with the support on live chat...they told me that is a global problem and we need to wait a UPDATE to fix that issue...but the UPDATE doesnt come.....sooo when i will play FC 24 normaly ?!

Crappy, they honestly expect us to play their game every year when their own assistance ghosts their community on a global problem. Nothing has been addressed, this is the only game anyone is having issues on and is completely unacceptable from EA. 100$ for what?
