FC 24 crashing after splash screen is done loading

when booting up fc 24 my splash screen shows up like normal but when the splash screen finishes loading the fc 24 box opens in the corner like normal for 3 seconds but then crashes and sends me back ...

hey thanks but i have done all of this including reinstalling but it hasn't worked. I had a similar issue before but was able to resolve it with repair but now nothing is working
