Community ManagerHey @iSuperfunk Something like this happens when players on a console install or launch the wrong game version. Check with your friend to see if he has installed and uses the Gen 5 or Gen 4 game version on his platform. He would need to log in from the Gen 5 version on his Xbox Series X/S.
