FC 24 DOES NOT TURN ON AND CLOSES ON A WHITE SCREEN

Hello, when I try to run FC24, it gets stuck on a white screen, and the game doesn't open. The screen disappears, but the game doesn't start. I've updated all drivers and applied updates, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. I also completely uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it still didn't fix the problem. Could you please help?
